Everything is an organisation.

I'm Ravi Sandhu. For more than 20 years I've helped organisations get people to change how they work. My books and courses apply the same methods to everyday life: your habits, your relationships, your family, your community and your work, all run from Todoist.

The method in every book

Four Ds, any organisation

Adapted from Appreciative Inquiry, the same four stages run through every book and course, whether the organisation is your body or your company.

D1

Discovery

Notice what is actually happening, and what already works.

D2

Dream

Decide what you want instead, starting from your best moments.

D3

Design

Build a better way, with tasks, routines and agreements.

D4

Destiny

Keep it going. Organisation is never finished.

Two ways to learn

Read the book, or take the course

Every title comes in two versions. Choose the depth that suits you.

The book

Thorough

  • The full argument and the evidence behind it
  • Written for leaders of change
  • Ebook, with an audio guide narrated in Ravi's voice

The course

Lighter, with an assessment

  • Four short lessons, one per D
  • A Todoist task to do after each lesson
  • A short assessment to check what you've learned

Every book becomes a Todoist project

Each book ends with a ready-made Todoist project, organised by the four Ds, so you finish reading with a plan you can act on tomorrow morning.
