Resumes by Archy is an AI-powered resume tailoring service operated by ArchyDoes. The service is delivered through the @ResumesByArchyBot bot on Telegram.
The service allows you to upload a resume and a job description, and receive a tailored version of your resume generated by AI. The service is designed to help you present your existing experience more effectively — it does not create false credentials or fabricate experience.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. By using the bot, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
The service operates on a credit-based model:
Credit prices and bundles are displayed within the bot and may change over time. Any change in pricing will not affect credits already purchased.
We offer an optional Founding Member subscription plan:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to your remaining credits and subscription benefits until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing period.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
No refunds on used credits. Credits that have been consumed by completed resume tailoring requests are non-refundable.
If you experience a technical error that incorrectly deducted credits without delivering a result, contact us at support@archydoes.com or via the /support command in the bot. We will review and restore credits at our discretion.
Unused credits on a one-time purchase do not expire. Subscription credits expire at the end of each billing period if unused.
Resumes by Archy uses AI to tailor your resume. We make no guarantee that using this service will result in you getting an interview, job offer, or any other employment outcome.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and honesty of any resume you submit to a prospective employer.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms.
You retain ownership of the resume content you upload. By using the service, you grant ArchyDoes a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your content solely for the purpose of delivering the tailoring service.
The bot, its code, design, and all associated materials are owned by ArchyDoes. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service.
The service is provided as-is and as-available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with or without notice.
In the event of a planned discontinuation, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active users in advance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArchyDoes and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost employment opportunities, lost income, or reliance on AI-generated content.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days prior to the claim.
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Australia, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
