Execution lead – Agile Coach
According to the scrum guide , a scrum master has three key areas of accountability :
coaching teams by promoting cross-functionality and helping them to self-manage and self-organise within guardrails set by executive. Coaching the product owner in agile product management techniques for effective product goal definition and product backlog management. Coaching the organisaton by leading, training and leading the enterprise in agile adoption, particularly where scrum is concerned.
Overall, the scrum master role is a coaching role with many aspects covering teams, the product owner and supporting stakeholders and the wider organisation. When all of these aspects combine enterprise agility increases.
· use your strong training, mentoring, and coaching skills · use your facilitation skills when opening hard conversations, guiding thorough inspection and exploring options to change · proactively identify and resolve issues that might arise during the execution of the sprint what do you need? · 3 years' industry experience as an effective scrum master within complex software development systems · proven ability to handle multiple teams simultaneously · the desire to be the best scrum master and help the teams get a better understanding of scrum in general · experience in atlassian cloud (jira & confluence) is a plus for them, the right challenge for every individual is crucial.
