- How Long Will My Teeth Stay White?
Results: On average, the results can last for 1-2 years depending on the person. We will give you a FREE home maintenance kit to use at home following your treatment – Smile60 For the sake of enormously enhancing the results and duration of your new, brilliantly white smile, this is encouraged.
- Is it harmful to the gums and the teeth?
The answer is no. We guard your gums while the work is being performed, so you won’t experience any gum irritation. As the staining on the tooth is lifted, the smile becomes whiter. This process does not damage the tooth in any form.
- What is the treatment time like?
The whitening process will last about an hour. The consultations before and after take an extra 30 minutes so we recommend allowing 1.5 hours for your treatment.
- Are there any side effects?
Clinical studies have confirmed that there are no adverse effects. You can expect to be sensitive for a few hours after treatment although you may find it’s short term sensitivity.
- So I haven’t been to my dentist in the longest time can I still get the treatment?
Lots of customers either do not enjoy visiting their dentist or put it off until they have a problem. The best advice is to visit the dentist more often. So long as you currently have no known issues with the teeth or gums, whitening is a safe treatment to have.
- How much does it cost to get done?
After the first session, it costs £99, and we suggest having the re-treatment once every 18-24 months to maintain your lovely gleam.
- Can I get the treatment regularly?
Yes, it is non invasive and will not harm the teeth or gums.

In all, the process takes 90 minutes.
- What is the minimum age?
You must be 18 or older in order to get your teeth whitened.
- Are the results Guaranteed?
No doubt, we can whiten anyone’s teeth. Generally you will be 4-12 shades whiter. We use the shade guide before the procedure and even show you where you already are and where you need to get again, get a vision of how white the teeth will be. Every Smile60 client sees a whiter shade after each session.
- Is it good if I have crowns or veneers?
If you have a veneer/crown on there then it’ll only lighten back up to its original shade. That will occur typically when they are about three years of age.
- Will it hurt?
The only thing you may feel is some temporary sensitivity in your teeth for up to a few hours following treatment.
- Do I have to make a trip to the dentist first?
You may experience tooth sensitivity around your teeth and gums after the hygienist if you’ve had one before treatment. You do need to keep up with your dentist appointments though, whiter teeth do not mean great dental and oral health is not important. If you do not take the proper care of your teeth then paying out to have them laser whitened will be a complete waste of time and money. Everyone should brush at least three times a day, and floss daily. It’s so it would be a shame if it does incur any cavities and one of many things that can actually lead to your tooth to decay is food that gets stuck in between your teeth. If you enjoy acidic soda beverages, be sure you can have water with them. The acid of soda does terrible things to the teeth. Also, train these techniques to your kids at very young age. Let them know how their dental care is important. Compliment how beautiful they are when they smile, then segue in with what they need to keep it up so beautifully.
- Is it suitable for everyone?
You will not be eligible for laser teeth whitening if you have epilepsy or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Why Smile 60?
