This combination of strategies puts our company in front of a large number of prospective business buyers.

Many brokers will hand out extremely confidential information to any buyer prospects out there. We feel this puts the Seller at too much risk. We create a higher “hurdle” for Sellers to clear prior to sending out confidential information on the listing. Our intake processes are discussed above.
