I have both Rallye 3 and Klim badlands. Both premium brands and both well constructed. I like the overall fit and finish of the BMW jacket, but tend to use my Klim more for the goretex and just be ready for any weather aspect of it.
Not a fan of waterproof liners like the BMW jacket has, but other then that it is fantastic. The venting is really good and It's a great jacket until the temp gets above 95. I've ridden about 18,000 miles in it so far, crashed wearing the suit on a dirt road and came out fine.
