Pricing
The Woolpert Deliveries Solution utilizes a combination of Google Maps Mobility Platform and Route Optimization (shown at right). Each of these is implemented and priced separately, as explained below.
Mobility Pricing - Per Successful Task
With Mobility Pricing, there is one charge per successful task (ride or delivery) and all individual Maps API calls are part of this task. So instead of paying based on the number of API calls made, charges are based on the number of successful tasks completed.
Optimization Pricing - Per API Call
With Route Optimization Pricing, there is one charge per shipment per optimization.
Woolpert can help forecast the potential impact of adopting the Mobility Pricing model which includes an allocated number of Google Maps Platform API calls for each billable transaction (successful task). See an example of this analysis below.
