Common questions

How is "personal value" calculated?

Worthy uses the profile you provide and your answers to a few product-specific clarifying questions to estimate what a product is worth to you, given your lifestyle and needs. It's a subjective gut-check, not financial advice.

Does Worthy have a subscription?

No. Worthy is free to try (3 valuations) and then a one-time unlock for unlimited valuations on every device signed into your Apple ID or Google account.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Open Worthy, tap the paywall/upgrade screen, and tap "Restore Purchase." You must be signed into the same Apple ID or Google account you originally purchased with.

Is my data private?

Your profile and valuation history are stored only on your device. When you request a valuation, the relevant product and profile details are sent to our valuation service to compute the result — see our privacy policy for specifics.

How do I delete my data?

Open Worthy, go to Settings, and tap "Reset all data." See our data deletion page for details.

Can I request a refund?

Refunds for App Store / Google Play purchases are handled by Apple and Google directly. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com (Apple) or your Google Play order history to request a refund.
