Exporting Microsoft Form Responses

Microsoft Forms allows you to export responses in Excel or CSV format. Here's how:

1. Open the form you want to export responses from.

2. Click on 'Responses' at the top of the page.

Exporting Microsoft Form Questions

While Microsoft Forms doesn't have a direct option to export questions, you can manually recreate them in a new form. Here's how:

1. Open the form from which you want to export questions.

2. Click on 'Settings' at the top of the page.

3. Under 'Settings', you'll see your form questions listed.

Manually Recreating Questions

To recreate your questions in a new form:

1. Open a new form by clicking on 'New' in the top-left corner.

2. For each question in your original form, click on 'Add new' in the new form.

3. Recreate the question type, text, and any other settings as they appear in your original form.

Copying and Pasting Questions

Alternatively, you can copy and paste questions from one form to another:

1. Open both the original and new forms in separate browser tabs.

2. In the original form, click on the three dots (⋮) next to a question and select 'Copy'.

3. In the new form, click on 'Add new' and then 'Paste'. The question will appear in the new form.
