Price is for a single and finish ready door to be painted or stained on site. All doors are built with mortise and tenon joints meaning they will work as pocket doors, on hinges such as pantry doors, and barn doors. Finishing is also available with any rubio monocoat color for $140 fee which can be purchased after ordering the door. Door is built from solid lumber no engineered wood or any laminate is used in any of our products. Prehung is available as well for $295 extra charge which can be added after purchasing the door. Multiple glass types available such as clear, frosted, aquatex, rain, and reeded. Finished door thickness is the standard 1 3/8" but can be built to different thickness upon request.
