Privacy Policy for Chrysty

Last updated: 25 September 2026

Your data privacy and security are at the core of how Chrysty works. This policy explains what the Chrysty Chrome extension collects, why, and how we protect it. Publisher: Chris NGANDIMOUN (contact: nchrisdonson@gmail.com).

1. Who we are

Chrysty is an ambient Side Panel companion for Chrome. You can talk or type while you browse. Page help, research, docs, and prepaid credits run through our servers so your API keys never live in the extension.

2. What we collect

3. Host access in Chrome

Chrysty is a Side Panel companion that works on the page the user has open. Host access is required so in-page guidance (content script / page-agent) can run on that tab when the user asks. Access is not used to scrape browsing history in the background. Narrowing to a fixed site list would prevent the product from working on arbitrary websites.

4. How we use data

We do not sell personal information or browsing history. We do not use your data for unrelated advertising or for creditworthiness decisions.

5. Who processes data for us

6. Retention and deletion

Local Chrome data is removed when you clear extension data or uninstall Chrysty. Server account and credit records stay while the account exists. Email nchrisdonson@gmail.com to ask for account deletion.

7. Security

We use HTTPS for network traffic, keep service secrets on the server (not in the Chrome package), and limit access to production systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; we work to protect your data with industry-standard practices.

8. Children

Chrysty is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
