Terms of Service for Chrysty
These Terms govern your use of the Chrysty Chrome extension and related services operated by Chris NGANDIMOUN (“we”, “us”). By installing or using Chrysty, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. The service
Chrysty is an ambient Side Panel companion for Chrome. You may talk or type, ask for help on the current page, use docs and research features, and buy prepaid credits. Features may change as we improve the product.
2. Account
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your Google account secure. You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Do not use Chrysty if you are under 13.
3. Credits and payments
Some features use prepaid credits. Starter credits may be granted on first sign-in. Additional credits can be purchased (for example Add $30) through Stripe. Purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Chrysty to break the law, harass others, or violate site terms of the pages you visit
- Attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, or overload our servers
- Share accounts or automated access in a way that harms the service
- Upload or send content you do not have the right to use
You remain responsible for irreversible actions on websites (buy, delete, send, pay). Chrysty may ask you to confirm before sensitive actions.
5. AI output
Chrysty uses AI models. Responses can be wrong or incomplete. Do not rely on Chrysty as the sole source for legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical decisions. You are responsible for checking important results.
6. Intellectual property
Chrysty, its branding, and our software belong to us or our licensors. You keep rights to content you provide. You grant us a license to process that content only as needed to run the service for you.
7. Third-party services
Chrysty relies on third parties (for example Google, Supabase, Stripe, and optional connected apps). Their terms and privacy policies apply to those services. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.
8. Disclaimer
Chrysty is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of Chrysty. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for credits in the three months before the claim or (b) USD 50.
10. Termination
You may stop using Chrysty and uninstall the extension at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms or if we need to protect the service or other users.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
