The PSECU Mobile App can be utilised with iOS and Android devices and is available as a free download in the App Store or Google Play Store. Simply search for PSECU Mobile and follow your phone’s prompts to download the app. The PSECU Mobile App allows you to securely manage your finances when and where it’s convenient for you personally. The application goes well beyond viewing balances and moving money around in your accounts by letting you do the following: Pay a Bill: If you’ve used PSECU Mobile in the past, you’ll be pleased to know that you no need to log into online banking to use bill payer longer. You can add new payees and manage new and existing payments right from the PSECU Mobile App.
This Consumer Credit Card Agreement and Disclosure together with the Account Opening Disclosure and any other Account opening documents or any subsequent documents provided to You related to this Account (hereinafter collectively known as “Agreement”) govern the terms and conditions of this Account. Monday through Friday They are available, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (ET). Yet another security measure for online access. PSECU staff cannot provide your password for you. You can reset your password by simply clicking the Forgot User ID or Password? link under the known member Login area or within online banking under My Profile. They'll contract with a card security company that monitors our cardholders' utilization and flags transactions that may be considered fraudulent. The corporation may contact you when it detects a possible fraudulent transaction on your own PSECU card.
Account number for your PSECU checking account: As printed at the bottom of your PSECU checks. Leading zeroes are required because this number has 10 digits. Your PSECU Member Number for Debits from Your Savings: This is a 10-digit number that must contain any leading zeroes. To make an ATM withdrawal: Enter your account number on the ATM keypad when prompted. You'll also need to enter your PIN for security purposes. To conduct a balance inquiry: Most ATMs will permit you to do a balance inquiry without making a withdrawal. Simply select the choice on the keypad and enter your account number when prompted.
These payments are transferred automatically from your account on the 25th of every month. To set up a Visa automated payment, please call them at 800.237.7328.
To close your membership account with PSECU, please complete an “Authorization to Close Account” form. You can download this form from psecu.com/forms. Once Checking Account is Closed: Any checks presented for payment will be returned unpaid.
These options include setting up our free External Account Transfer service (available within digital banking), mobile deposit, ATM deposit, mailing a check, or check by phone.
To commence using our free bill payer service, select Put in a Bill in online banking or select Bills from the quick menu in the bottom of the dashboard in mobile and enter the Payee's merchant name, account number with the merchant, and zip code.
