The 239,000 square foot, 3-story facility is a steel frame structure with open work place utilizing a raised floor access system and modular office furniture for flexibility. The roof is a TPO system with a large roof garden for use by employees. The facility sits on 47 acres and can accommodate 750 employees and invite for future expansion.
