How do credits work?
Every redesign uses one credit and includes its shopping list and palette. New installs get 2 free credits. Packs of 10 and 40 never expire.
A redesign failed. Did I lose a credit?
No. A credit is only used when a redesign succeeds. If a photo isn't recognised as a room or outdoor space, no credit is used.
I deleted the app. Can I restore my credits?
Credits are stored on your device, so they can't be restored after deleting the app or moved to another phone. Email us with your purchase receipt and we'll help.
How do I get the best results?
Photograph the whole space in daylight from a doorway or corner, holding the phone level. Tidy isn't necessary — the redesign removes clutter.
Are the shopping items exact?
No. They're similar pieces suggested from the redesign, with estimated price ranges. The exact items in the image may not exist.
