Pet food Ingredient Bagging J-Six Enterprises

Fairview Mills also understands that it's often cheaper to store pet food and pet ingredients in bags than to transport them as loose, bulk products. Fairview Mills can transload and bag your loose bulk pet food ingredients. This makes it easier to move your products across the product line, from raw product to ready for use. For example, send us whole corn. We will unload it and mill it. Then, we'll package it in the way you want. Now your raw corn is ready for the next stage in the pet food industry.

    THE FAIRVIEW MILLS TREATMENT

You want to ensure that your pet food ingredients are packaged in bags or totes. Our pet food ingredient packaging system includes running every pet food product through our lab to determine its moisture level, nutrient break down, and other metrics. We then sift through your ingredients vigorously to remove as much dust and chaff as possible. This sifting helps to improve the quality and safety of your pet food ingredients. It also ensures that every fifty-pound bag contains your product. Being able to trust that the fifty-pound bag containing corn gluten is full of corn gluten will allow you to better track your inventory.
