    Pet Food Extrusion J-Six Enterprises

Fairview Mills is also aware that it is more economical to transport and store pet food in bags rather than bulk products. Fairview Mills is a J-Six Enterprises company. This means that we can transload your bulk pet food ingredients and bag them as per your instructions. It is much easier to transport your products from raw product to ready to use pet food. For example, send us whole corn. We will unload it and mill it. Then, we'll package it in the way you want. The next step in pet food processing is now that your raw corn has been processed.

    THE FAIRVIEW MILLS TREATMENT

It is important to verify that the packaging of your pet food ingredients in bags, trays and other containers is accurate and quality-controlled. The pet food ingredient packaging process involves running each pet food product through an analytics lab to verify its moisture levels and nutrient breakdown. After that, we vigorously sift the ingredients, to eliminate as much chaff or dust as possible. This sifting helps to improve the quality and safety of your pet food ingredients. It also ensures that every fifty-pound bag contains your product. If you are able to trust that a bag of fifty pounds of corn flour is actually fifty, you will be able track inventory more accurately.
