Connected-service profile sharing

1. Services and operator

This scope includes only K-Friends and Tomoyui / ともゆい, both operated by 주식회사 케이프렌드 (KFRIEND Inc.) in the Republic of Korea. Services added in the future are not covered by this consent.

2. Purpose and audience

Sharing lets members of the two services find friends through public profiles and interact through conversations and public voice rooms designated for network sharing. Active memberships, profile visibility, blocks and room visibility and admission rules are checked.

Both the viewing member and the member whose profile is shown must have accepted the applicable sharing scope. Neither acceptance of general terms nor previous membership creates this consent. Tomoyui Coin and Premium are separate from K-Friends purchases. This profile-sharing choice is not permission for external AI translation or public-image safety processing.

4. What consent does not do

Consent does not enroll you in a service you have not joined. Coin, Premium, community posts and account deletion remain service-specific. Approving account connection does not automatically grant profile-sharing consent.

You choose a one-time import from K-Friends or create a new Tomoyui profile, then review and edit it before joining. The two apps’ profiles are subsequently stored and edited separately, without automatic updates between them. Your verified common sign-in and friend relationships and conversations under existing consent and access conditions remain. Importing a profile does not grant this sharing consent or copy social-network/community posts, Coin, Premium, subscriptions or purchase entitlements.

5. Declining or withdrawing

You can join Tomoyui and use features available within Tomoyui without this consent. Cross-service profile discovery and network-shared room access will be restricted. You can withdraw through app settings, and the withdrawal is reflected in subsequent sharing and access checks. Blocks cannot be bypassed by switching services. Withdrawal alone does not delete accounts or all existing conversation history; request account or personal-data deletion separately when needed.

6. Records and changes of scope

We record the time of consent or withdrawal, the services, fields and document version. We explain any proposed expansion to services or fields and ask for consent again. Previous acceptance of general terms or continued use does not substitute for this consent.

This release updates purchase and feature-permission explanations. The scope remains the same two services and eight fields, and the existing network consent version is retained. It does not change K-Friends policies or retroactively expand existing consent.

7. Consent statement
