2. What to include
Identify the service as Tomoyui and describe the issue, your registration email or nickname, when it happened and the app version. We may request the information needed to verify ownership. Do not send passwords, sign-in or connection codes, or full payment-card numbers.
3. Account connection
No code connection is needed when K-Friends and Tomoyui use the same verified sign-in account. Review the terms and explicitly finish joining each service you choose to use. When linking different sign-in accounts, follow the displayed steps and approve only a request you started. Start a new request if its code expires or is cancelled. Matching email addresses alone do not merge accounts. Optional cross-service profile sharing remains a separate choice in either case.
When first joining Tomoyui, you explicitly choose either a one-time import of your verified K-Friends profile or creation of a new profile. You review and edit the profile, including any imported information, before completing registration. Importing does not change the original K-Friends profile. Afterward, Tomoyui and K-Friends profiles are stored and managed separately; editing a profile in one app does not update the other app’s profile.
4. Account and data deletion
Request Tomoyui deletion through Settings → Account management. If you cannot use the app, email the address above with “Tomoyui account deletion.” We verify ownership and explain the affected membership and data. Your Tomoyui profile is deleted, while other actual memberships and those apps’ profiles remain. Files still used by another actual membership also remain. Deleting the last membership also removes remaining profiles and common personal information. If Apple authorization needs revocation, follow the reauthentication step. The app distinguishes a request in progress from completed deletion. Contact support about progress or an interrupted request. Provider and backup retention are explained in the privacy policy.
You may verify ownership, request deletion and check deletion status while your account is suspended. Access for these purposes does not restore suspended social features.
5. Purchases, restoration and subscriptions
Tomoyui offers four Coin packages and monthly or annual auto-renewable Premium subscriptions on iOS. For a purchase, refund or restoration issue, identify Tomoyui, the store, product, order reference and date. Do not send full payment-card numbers or passwords. Restore eligible purchases with the store account and Tomoyui account that own them; K-Friends purchases are not imported.
Cancel Premium renewal through your Apple account’s subscription settings. Account deletion or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel a subscription or request a refund. You may request account deletion while subscribed. Purchases and subscriptions in another service remain with that service. Sandbox or pre-release test rights do not become real-service rights.
6. Safety reports
Use in-app report and block tools for problematic people or content. In email reports, provide only the nickname, description, time and other details needed to investigate. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services directly.
7. External AI permissions
Translation and public-image safety checks have separate permissions in the app. You can decline or withdraw them; basic use of the app does not require translation permission. Translation requires the applicable permission of both requester and original author, including public posts. Withdrawing stops new sends and pending translation work; it cannot guarantee recall of data already sent. Public-image safety permission is needed to submit new public images requiring the check. See the privacy policy for recipients, purposes and retention.
8. Location and maps
Current-location access is optional; you can decline it and still register or browse topics. Turn off future access in device settings and contact support to remove a saved position. A map can display a selected country or saved position without requesting your current location again. Opening a map sends map requests to Google Maps; disabling device location alone does not stop those requests. See the privacy policy for provider processing. If a map fails to load, tell support the screen, app version and time; do not include your precise location unless needed for the issue.
