Tomoyui Terms of Service
Tomoyui helps people make friends and talk by voice, starting with topics about Japanese culture and everyday life.
1. Operator and scope
Tomoyui is operated by 주식회사 케이프렌드 (KFRIEND Inc.), a company in the Republic of Korea. These terms govern registration and use of Tomoyui. Contact us at kfriend986@gmail.com.

2. Registration and account connection
Use a sign-in method available on your device: Google or email on Android, and Apple, Google or email on iOS. Use an account you control and provide accurate profile information. When you use the same verified sign-in account in K-Friends and Tomoyui, no connection code is needed. Membership in either service starts only when you explicitly join and accept that service’s terms. To link different sign-in accounts, follow the ownership verification and approval steps shown in the app. Matching email addresses alone do not merge accounts.
When first joining Tomoyui, you explicitly choose either a one-time import of your verified K-Friends profile or creation of a new profile. You review and edit the profile, including any imported information, before completing registration. Importing does not change the original K-Friends profile. Afterward, Tomoyui and K-Friends profiles are stored and managed separately; editing a profile in one app does not update the other app’s profile.
3. Other services
Memberships, profiles, Coin, Premium and social-network/community posts are managed separately for each service. Appearing in another service or talking with one of its members does not enroll you there. Account connection and consent to share a public profile with another service are separate choices. Your verified common sign-in and friend relationships and conversations available under existing consent and access conditions are maintained. Separate profile storage and editing do not add services or shared fields or retroactively expand existing consent.
4. Content and safety
Do not share content that infringes rights, harasses, discriminates, sexually exploits, defrauds, impersonates, threatens, exposes personal information without permission, or sends unwanted solicitations. Share only content you have the right to share. You retain rights in your content; the operator processes it as needed to display and deliver the service and respond to safety issues. Use the in-app report and block tools. We may restrict or remove content or restrict accounts for violations or safety issues. Contact support to ask about a decision.
5. Coin and Premium
Tomoyui has four Coin packs (5, 10, 20 or 30 Coin) and monthly or annual auto-renewable Premium subscriptions: six product types. Apple In-App Purchase on iOS and Google Play Billing on Android use separate store product records. Where purchasing is enabled, the confirmation screen shows the current quantity or benefits, local price, billing period and renewal conditions. No fixed Google Play price is promised here. Accepting terms, signing in or importing a profile does not make a purchase. The app does not offer display or rewarded advertising.
Eligible Tomoyui Coin balances and Premium status can be read on iOS and Android when you use the same Tomoyui account in the same test or real-service environment. This does not move a purchase or subscription between stores, combine different Tomoyui accounts, or transfer any K-Friends rights. Manage renewal and eligible restoration through the original purchasing store account and the Tomoyui account that owns the purchase.
Tomoyui purchases, Coin and Premium belong to Tomoyui. Existing K-Friends balances, purchases and subscriptions remain with K-Friends; account connection or profile import does not copy, transfer or combine them. Restore eligible purchases through the purchasing store account and the Tomoyui account that owns them.
Sandbox and pre-release records and entitlements are separate from the real service. The current Android pre-release purchase exercise is limited to authorized Google Play license-testing accounts and test payment methods. Internal-test membership alone does not guarantee a free purchase; do not use real-payment methods for this exercise. Test Coin, subscriptions and paid-feature permissions are not converted into real-service rights. This test does not activate production financial entitlements.
6. Leaving Tomoyui
Request deletion through Settings → Account management in the app. Once the request is accepted, access to Tomoyui ends on its devices and deletion of the Tomoyui profile begins. Actual memberships in other services, those apps’ profiles, their Coin and Premium, and common relationships and conversations needed by those services remain. Files still used by another actual membership are not deleted solely because you leave Tomoyui. If Tomoyui is your last membership, common personal information and related authentication records are also included in deletion. Logout or deactivation alone does not count as completed deletion. You may verify ownership, request deletion and check deletion status while your account is suspended. Access for these purposes does not restore suspended social features.
7. Purchases, subscriptions and account deletion
Premium renews automatically unless renewal is cancelled in the purchasing store before the next renewal. For an Apple purchase, use the Apple account subscription settings; for a Google Play purchase, use Google Play subscriptions with the purchasing Google account. Changing operating systems, uninstalling the app or requesting Tomoyui deletion does not cancel the store subscription or request a refund. You can request Tomoyui deletion while subscribed. Review renewal and refund conditions in the purchasing store; its rules and applicable law apply. Other services’ memberships, balances and subscriptions remain separate.
8. Changes
We announce service changes and material changes to these terms in the app or through this notice. Continued use is not treated as consent to an expanded profile-sharing scope where a separate choice is required. These terms do not limit rights granted by applicable law.
