OfficeSuite supports all of the major Presentation types including .PPT, .PPTX, .PPS, .PPSX, .PPTM, .PPSM, and .ODP. To access the Presentation Editor, either open or create a new presentation. There are also Presentations keyboard shortcuts for attached physical keyboards.
The Slides Editor is easily identified by its characteristic orange-colored menu bar.
Existing presentations are automatically opened as Slideshows. When in slideshow mode, you can swipe right and left to change slides, use the slider along the bottom to jump between slides, or press the Back icon to go to the Editor/Viewer modes.
When casting or viewing a slideshow, tapping on the screen will reveal a number of options:

Cast icon – Displays the Access code, number of connected devices, and the connected network when running a Cast server, or the connected Chromecast device. To connect to a Casted presentation, select Join Presentation from the OfficeSuite settings menu. |

Undo – Removes or reverts the most recent change. |

Notes – Enters a note for the current slide (visible on your device only). |

Pointer – Simulates a laser pointer on tap, useful for highlighting slides during a presentation (visible only when other displays are connected). |

Existing presentations are automatically opened in Viewer mode. This mode lets you view presentations with minimal interference from the interface. To enable editing, tap on the Editor icon to enter Editor mode.
When in Viewer mode, to toggle the menu bar, tap anywhere in the presentation. You can browse between slides with horizontal swipes, and zoom in and out of the interface with a pinch gesture.
When viewed in landscape orientation, a Thumbnails list along the left edge of the screen will display a vertically-scrollable list of all the slides in the presentation.
At the upper right corner of the screen you'll find options to share the document, these are detailed in our separate Sharing Options topic. The third icon on the top right will open the Contextual menu providing a wide range of options for viewing documents:

To enable editing, tap on the Editor icon to enter Editor mode.
OfficeSuite's Presentation Editor provides a tabbed interface with options similar to those found on desktop PC's. The tabs in the Presentation Editor are File, Home, Insert, Format, View, and Slideshow. Additional Shape, Table and Freehand Drawing tabs will appear whenever you select an image, table, or use the Freehand Draw tool, respectively.
When viewed in landscape orientation, a Thumbnails list along the left edge of the screen will display a vertically-scrollable list of all the slides in the presentation. You can drag-and-drop individual slides to rearrange their order in the presentation.
The topmost menu of the Presentation Editor provides several options:

File

Insert
The Insert tab is used for placing a wide range of visual additions to your spreadsheets, such as graphics and shapes.

Draw
The Draw tab provides a number of options to draw or highlight important information on your slides.

Select Objects – This function makes it easier to move and manage already inserted drawings and other elements on the slide. |

Pen – Inserts ink strokes, especially helpful when drawing on the slide. Opening the Pen menu provides options to select Line Width, Opacity, Colour, as well as to save specific combinations as Saved Pens. |

Review
The Review tab provides zoom options for managing spelling and different languages. .

Transitions
Transitions can drastically raise the production value and clarity of information of your presentation. The Transition tab houses different styles and settings you can use to take your presentation to the next level.

Preview Transition – Plays the transition selected for the current slide. |

Transition Effects – Select from a list of available transitions. |

Effect Options – Select where on the slide the specific transition will appear and its general direction of movement. The available options here are: |

Transition Duration – Set the duration of the transition. |

Advance Slide after – Set a given amount of time after which the presentation will advance and the slide will change. |

Apply to All – Applies the selected transitions and durations to all slides of the presentation. |
Slideshow
The Slideshow tab provides options for how the individual slides in your presentation behave.
