Arab Researchers for Managing Forums and Training is seeking qualified printing companies to provide high-quality printed materials for the upcoming Forum (Dec 5 – 7, 2025) in Amman, Jordan. 

Scope of Work:
Vendors are invited to submit quotations for the items needed (detailed specifications and quantities are provided in the list below). 

Requirements:

· Proven experience in high-quality printing.

· Ability to deliver all materials by deadline agreed to ARIJ office and/or venue in Amman, as requested. 

· Providing samples before mass production. 

Submission Guidelines:

· Proposals should include:

o   Detailed quotation (unit prices, total price, VAT).

o   Delivery timeline.

o   Company registration.

o   Please submit your proposal to this email: procurement@arij.net no later than Monday Sep 8 at 12:00 Amman time. Late or incomplete submissions will not be considered.

Evaluation Criteria:
Proposals will be evaluated based on price competitiveness, quality, experience, and ability to meet deadlines.
