JUBA – The United States of America has said that South Sudan has not yet implemented crucial provisions and reforms provided for in the revitalized peace agreement that are needed in order for the world’s youngest country to conducts its post-independence elections.

The United States was also joined by the United Nations during a Security Council meeting on Monday to do more to prepare for elections due to be held in less than a year or risk “catastrophe.”

“As I have stated before, elections have the potential to be a nation-building moment, or a catastrophe,” the UN envoy for South Sudan, Nicholas Haysom, told the Security Council.

“Much depends on the political will and leadership of the South Sudanese working together,” he said.

The US ambassador to the UN, Linda Thomas-Greenfield, said that in order to “work toward a true democracy,” the South Sudanese government needed to move swiftly to implement the provisions set out in an agreement on revitalizing the peace process.

“That means an inclusive constitution drafting process, public financial management reform, transitional security arrangements, and transitional justice mechanisms” she said.

“Unfortunately, the government of South Sudan is behind in meeting key electoral benchmarks” set out in the agreement, she added.

With a Security Council decision expected on March 15 on renewing the peacekeeping mission in South Sudan for a year — one of the most expensive on the UN’s books, with an annual budget exceeding $1 billion — Haysom pleaded for the deployment to remain at current levels of 17,000 troops and 2,100 police.

“We anticipate a mandate flexible enough to support the conduct of free and fair elections, upon the request of the government,” he said.

With less than a year until elections, South Sudan, which has been independent since only 2011, risks plunging back into war, the UN warned in February.

The youngest country in the world, it has experienced chronic instability since its independence from Sudan.

Between 2013 and 2018, it descended into a bloody civil war between sworn enemies Riek Machar and Salva Kiir, which left nearly 400,000 dead and millions displaced.

A peace deal signed in 2018 led to power-sharing in a national unity government sworn in February 2020, with Kiir as president and Machar as vice-president.

But the provisions of the peace agreement remain largely unimplemented, due mainly to persistent disputes between the two rivals.

“Biden says South Sudan yet to implement reforms needed for elections”
Sudans Post, tells Mr. Joe Bidden and the UNSC to mind their own damn businesses. If the US and the UNSC their so-called reforms, then they must first of all start reforms in the US and the UNSC . No country on this planet earth elected US to be ‘a world policeman’ to be lecturing other reforms and so on. My naivety advise our US friends just to paraphrase the biblical Jesus of Nazareth ‘first all remove a log out of your own first, be you spot a speck on your brother’s eye’

The word hypocrisy is a very a dangerous virtue. It enrages people and cause violent and of course deadly wars among countries and people. The US must reforms it so-called foreign policies and self delusion that the US is the master of their world. The US and it allies hypocrisy have a lot messes around the world. And the US and allies are going to pay very dearly. South Sudan is not a damn US colony or 51st of the US.

The US, the UK their evil juus (so-called israel) attack and their NATO enforcer, have been playing hypocrisy over other countries and people for decades and get away with things. There is what the criminals in the US called ‘Munro doctrine’——-One rule for and another rule for other countries. Fellows, good, the US must grow the damn up and quick, game is over. The US and it allies, have been ‘checked mate’. They have shot themselves on foot. They bullied the whole world a long time, but most of the world are sicked of the US of the so-called countries, their NATO and their evil juus (so-called israel) attack dogs.

Here in South Sudan when a school yard bully or cattle big bully become unbearable to others, then rubbish and devise someways, to bring down the big bully, little ones are secretly told to find their little sticks, and hide them somewhere and a middle solid boy, challenge, the big bully, and the big bully would think, it is a game as usual and would lunge at a middle solid boy to wrestle him down, but everyone including little one who have been mercilessly bullied by the big bully, starts with big bully legs, others will start pounding the big bully arse and will aim their sticks or bats on the big bully head.

And of course, a big bully is brought down, never ever to bully anyone again.

That is precisely that is what going to ‘The US, so-called Western countries, their NATO and their evil juus (so-called israel) attack dog’

since the end of WWII, the US, the so-called Western countries and their have been games. Invading countries, regimes of other countries leaders, impose their puppets/stooges in other people’s countries, stealing other countries’ resources, killing innocent and called them collateral damages’.

The UNSC must the so-called permanent member of UNSC must dissolved, it doesn’t served the purpose anymore. NATO must be dissolved, it is a threat world peace. The US can, the evil juus (so-called israel) attack dog and Zionist criminals should go back Europe or US can just go and settle Ari [d] zona) desert or Nevada, they like desert any. And live middle East in peace.

But all these things are not going to happen without a fight, The US and the Western powers, are living a fair tale lifestyle. They are fixated on Russia Federations, Russian is being blame as an aggressor, however federations has been playing a mature boy game all along, They warned the NATO back off, But NATO thought it was a just good idea to continue encroaching into Russian federations back yards, with aim to go and make Russia federations, so-called western countries client states. But the Russian have other ideas, they said that is not going to happen. The mess in Ukraine is ‘the US and NATO expansionist hawks making’

From Korean war, Vietnam war, Iran Contra, Central, South America and Caribbean countries regimes, Iraq i and Iraq, Afghanistan (The US and it allies mafia bank cartel have now stole Afghanistan money, for being kicked on arses out of Afghanistan by the Taliban) and the list of angry countries who ‘the US, the UK, their evil juus (so-called israelis) attack dogs and their mafia enforcer have bullied is long’ .And the US and her allies ‘heads are wanted on a plate’ Whether they like it or not. Pay back times. Divide and control isn’t feasible these days. NATO alliance versus the rest of the world.

Living over the backs of other people and their countries, has never a good idea. Here in Africa, I doubt if there is any single country which still give a damn about the US, the UK and France. Here is in South Sudan, the level of HATRED and RACISM, we have towards, our cloned Arabs of North Sudan, white Americans, English people, their evil juus (so-called israelis) attack dogs has gone too deep into our blood streams.

The vermins/parasites/viruses/pests have our country and our people hostage. They like our country and our people, but we just don’t like them or consider any thing or what evil stand for. We are not their African Americans, Indigenous Americans, Indigenous Canadians or Indigenous Australian evils stole their countries and lands. from Or Palestinians or Bantuses of South Africa.

The evils in the US, the UK, their evil juus (so-called israelis) attack dogs and of their Bantuses lives always project themselves onto our country and over our people.

The US, the UK, their evil juus (so-called israelis( attack dogs, their UN and shifty NGOs and gulf Arab states’ terrorists love affair with our country and our people has gone too far. And they are get what evils are up to in our country with bucket full of it, reasons, pure HATRED and RACISM>>>>
