Open letter to General Malong, Pagan and General Cirilo

Your Excellences,
South Sudan became independent from Sudan in 2011, but civil war broke out two years later between the government led by our beloved president H.E Salva Kiir Mayardit and a rebel movement led by Dr Riek Machar Teny. Fuelled by personal and ethnic rivalries, the conflict has killed tens of thousands, displaced an estimated quarter of South Sudan’s population of 12 million and ruined its economy that heavily relies on crude oil production.
“An agreement on outstanding issues has been signed and this agreement expresses the commitment of all parties to a ceasefire. All the oppositions who were in ARCSS came to Juba which led the formation of Transitional Government Of the National Unity (TGONU) in South Sudan. During the formation of TGONU, it was forming amicably without disconfirmation among of the leaders.
Your Excellences,
I urge you to accept peace and come back to your country. We innocent civilians of this country are tired of displacement all the time. Leadership is the capacity to transform vision into reality and great leaders genuinely care for and love the people they lead more than they love leading itself. Leadership without love degenerates into self-serving manipulation. The leadership quotes indicated that “Go to the people. Learn from them. Live with them. Start with what they know.
Build with what they have. The best of leaders when the job is done, when the task is accomplished, the people will say we have done it ourselves. Infact my dear Generals, I am not very your stage to engage you to accept peace but as I am true South Sudan fanatical jingoistic, I should try my level best to call you my great leaders to join peace and come back to your motherland the beautiful land of South Sudan rich with natural resources. You’re nationalists and great liberators of our country. We have missed you a lot in our nation and we needs you to come back peacefully and stay with us in order to promote peacebuilding together, unity and daily reconciliation.

During the signing of the Revitalized Agreement on the Resolution of the conflict in the Republic of South Sudan (R-ARCSS) in Khartoum, Sudan, we heard a beautiful slogan from our president tha “I call on everyone as a leader of South Sudan that this agreement which we have signed today should be the end of the war and the conflict in our country.”
While former Rebel leader Dr. Riek Machar Teny said after the signing, “Today we celebrate, not just in South Sudan, but throughout the world.”
Furthermore, President Salva Kiir Mayardit came back to Juba and declared amnesty calls. We innocent civilians of South Sudan are not happy completely because you’re excluded in the peace process and we still demanding inclusivity peace. So my request I expect you to respect our voices as civilians and join peace champion.
Dear Generals, a leader is a dealer in hope. The greatest leaders are not necessarily they one who do the greatest things. They’re the one that gets the people to do the greatest things. This is my petition letter for engaging you to join peace champion. Working for you is an honor; working without you is an absolute horror.
Working under your leaderships is a pleasure, an experience that I will truly treasure. I missed you my patriotic leaders and the people of South Sudan have been missed you as well. We need you all to come back to your homeland. A good leaders leads the people from above them. A great leaders leads the people from within (nation) them. Kindly, accept the highest assurances of the best regards.
