In May, Governor Gen. Alieu Anyieny suspended Mr. Agor after allegedly shooting 2 security officers who were initially reported as one civilian with a gun and running away from law enforcement agencies.

Warrap state information minister Ring Deng said the commissioner had been handed over to the police for investigation ahead of trial.

“The Commissioner is brought from where he was detained in Tonj South house and now is brought to Warrap State headquarter and he is handed over to the Police Custody,” Minister Ring said in an interview with the independent Eye Radio.
