This comes a week after health workers at Juba Teaching Hospital gave a 72-hour ultimatum for the government to meet their demands including the payment of salary.
But speaking during the closing ceremony of a five-day leadership and governance conference on Friday, the minister said doctors should not complain of support adding that that there are other things that can be done without money.
