ContactAbout Yannick Bollati
Yannick Bollati is a French-trained telecom engineer who began his career at IBM as an information-systems and networks specialist for trading rooms, including research stays in IBM's U.S. laboratories. In 1995, he moved to London to lead a consulting team across ten European countries and built one of IBM's first internal collaborative platforms for knowledge sharing.
In 1998, he joined Capco as a Partner, developing risk-management and trading-technology practices for tier-1 banks and overseeing large-scale transformation programmes across Europe, Asia and the Americas. From 2004 to 2007, he served as Managing Director of SF-Investments, a Belgian venture capital fund backing early-stage technology companies, and concurrently took the helm of TAATU, one of the world's first consumer "metaverse" platforms, which grew to half a million members across three languages.
In 2008, he founded Templay to help executives tackle complex strategic and operational challenges, working with large groups and SMEs across Belgium and France on efficiency, organisation and change management. In 2018, he co-founded Phusis to guide major private and public organisations toward more collaborative governance models.
At the start of 2024, Yannick co-founded Nobureaucracy—an AI startup—and served as its CEO until May 2025. Yannick is currently working as a founder in another AI product startup currently in stealth mode.
Since 2023, he has integrated AI into every Templay engagement—from rapid diagnosis and decision-support to executive coaching—and today devotes two-thirds of his time to developing a new, stealth-mode AI product that will further enhance his clients' strategic capabilities.
A regular speaker on efficiency, strategy and AI, Yannick also serves on the boards of Solidarité Logement (social housing) and Comalso (alternative-communication support for people with disabilities).
