How many free lines do I get?
One line (1–5 hours) every week, starting Monday. Watch a short ad for another. The All-Lines Pass unlocks unlimited lines, Day Passes (6–48 hours) and layover plans, and removes ads.
I bought the All-Lines Pass on another phone.
Open Settings in the App and tap Restore purchase, signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account.
A place was closed.
Opening hours vary and aren't shown in the App. Tap Skip to move to the next station, and check hours in Google Maps before long detours.
Check-in says I'm far away.
GPS can be off by 100 m or more in narrow streets. You can still check in; the ticket just won't be marked as verified.
How does layover mode work?
Pick your airport, landing time and connection length. The App subtracts about an hour to leave the airport, the trip into the city and back, and 3 hours (international) or 2 hours (domestic) before your next flight. It shows a "Back at the airport by" time. Always follow your airline's and the airport's advice and check visa rules before leaving the airport.
Can I use it without sharing my location?
Yes. Choose A city or Layover instead of Near me.
