How to connect from a Mac

Install Microsoft RDP.
You will need to install Microsoft RDP 10 in order to connect to the remote computers.

1.
Get connection file.
Once the computer has been started you can then connect to it. To do that you press the green "Connect" button.

This will bring up the green "Connect" button, click it and open the file it downloads.
2.
Enter the remote password.
When you open the connection file that was downloaded in step 2, you will be asked for a password. Enter the password we provide to log into the computer.
Remember to use the password we provide, NOT your account password
For your safety and security we rotate the password everytime you start the computer.
3.
Use the remote computer.
You can now use the remote computer like it is infront of you. You can install any applications you want, provided they do not voilate your vendor's terms of service or end user license agreement. Contact us if you have any questions regarding software.
