What am I paying for?
Credits in exchange for Computer Time
Credits are prepurchased for time on the remote computers. We measure the time the computer is online from the moment you start the computer to the moment you press the shutdown button, incremented in 1 minute intervals. You do not have to pay for the time it takes the computer to shutdown and be backed up.

Credits can be used on any of the computers that you want, and can purchased in 3 different quantities, with a discount applied to larger quantities.

Monthly Pro Membership
The monthly pro membership provides you with access to the remote computers, your own personal storage, and a reserved global static IP address.
Failed Payments
Failed payments for Credits
You will be notified on the web application if your credit card did not work. If there is a persistent problem please contact us.
Failed payments for Pro Membership
We use Stripe Inc. to handle monthly reoccuring payments. If your card fails for what ever reason you will have 14 days to update your payment information. After 14 days we will delete your personal storage for your privacy. You can come back anytime after, but you will have to reinstall your applications. You will also not be able to use any of the remote computers until you recreate your subscription.
