Organizations and Members
Organizations
What is an Organization?
Organizations organize all of your In One Motion resources like remote computers and computer image storage. An organization is made up of a group of members who belong to that organization and one admin member that manages every else's account settings.

Everyone who wants to use In One Motion must be apart of an organization.

Anyone who has an account with In One Motion can start an organization.

The only way to join an organization is by request, and the admin must accept that request.
What comes with an Organization?
Each organization comes with the following:

  • 1 Admin Membership, for managing every member's computer settings, computer image setting, and membership status
  • 250GB of Computer Image storage
  • 500 Credits per month
Members
What does it mean to be a member?
Members are people who are apart of your organization. To become a member of an organization someone must request access to your organization before you can accept them.

There is no fee to request membership to an organization, and admins are only charged on a per monthly basis for their active members.

Each member gets their own Static IP Address and DNS Record and access to the computers and computer images that the admin selects for them. Also, as part of the monthly fee the organization gets 500 credits per month per active user.
