Where to Find Us and How to Get an Answer
Our registered address, email and opening hours, along with practical guidance on writing an enquiry that gets a useful answer first time.
The Details You Need to Identify and Reach Us
Everything below is the complete set of contact information published by Fitlab Nutrition. There is nothing held back behind a form or a login.
Knowing who stands behind a product matters, particularly in a category where anonymous brands appear and disappear with some regularity. A company that publishes its registered address, its registration number and a working email address can be checked. A company that publishes only a web form cannot.
Registered address
Seven Grange Lane
Pitsford
Northampton
United Kingdom
NN6 9AP
This is the registered office of FIT LAB NUTRITION LIMITED, company number 16291645, registered in England and Wales. It is a registered business address rather than a public shop or visitor centre, so please write rather than calling in person.
Email is the correct route for every kind of enquiry — questions about a formulation, questions about an order, or anything else. It reaches the team directly.
Opening hours
24x7.
A word on what that does and does not mean, because it is easy to over-read. Messages can be sent at any hour of any day, and nothing is closed to you at three in the morning. It does not mean a person is awake and typing at that moment. Treat it as an assurance that nothing needs to wait for an office to open, not as a promise of an instant reply.
Writing an Email That Gets a Useful Answer First Time
Most email exchanges take longer than they need to because the first message leaves out something the reply then has to ask for. A little detail at the start usually saves a full day of back and forth.
If your question is about an order
Include the order number from your confirmation email, the name the order was placed under, and the email address used at the time. If the question concerns delivery, add the postcode the parcel was sent to. If you cannot find your confirmation email, it is worth checking a spam or junk folder before assuming it was never sent.
If you want to change a delivery address
Write as early as you can, quoting the order number and the corrected address in full. Where an order has not yet been dispatched it may still be possible to update it. Once an order has shipped the address cannot be changed, so timing genuinely matters here.
If something arrived damaged or faulty
Get in touch within 48 hours of delivery, and include photographs where you can. Images of the outer packaging as well as the product itself help enormously in working out what happened and where.
If your question is about a formulation
Name the specific product, and say what you would like to know — the ingredients, the amounts, the suitability for a particular diet, or how it might sit alongside something else you already take.
One important boundary applies here and it is worth stating plainly. Questions about whether a supplement is appropriate for a specific medical condition, or alongside a specific prescription medicine, cannot be answered by email. That is not evasion. Nobody at a supplement company knows your medical history, and this is exactly the situation where a GP or pharmacist is the right person to ask. Pharmacists are particularly good at this and are usually far easier to reach.
If you are writing about privacy or your personal data
Say what you are asking for — a copy of the data held about you, a correction, deletion, or the withdrawal of consent for marketing — and use the email address associated with your account so that the request can be matched to the right records. The full detail of how personal information is handled is set out in the Privacy Policy.
What Happens After You Write
Enquiries are read and answered in the order they arrive. Straightforward questions — where an order is, whether a product suits a particular diet, what an ingredient does — are usually resolved in a single reply.
Some take longer, and it is worth knowing which. Anything requiring a check against a supplier or a batch record cannot be answered from memory and will take a little more time to answer properly. A slower, accurate answer is more useful than a fast, approximate one.
If you do not hear back
Check your spam or junk folder first. Replies to enquiries occasionally land there, particularly where an email filter is set strictly or where a message contains links. If nothing has appeared after a reasonable interval, send your original message again rather than assuming it was ignored — it is far more often a filtering problem than a silence.
What will not be sent to you
Marketing email is only ever sent to people who have actively asked for it, and consent can be withdrawn at any time. Replying to a support enquiry does not sign anyone up to anything. If you receive something you did not ask for, say so and it will be corrected.
Questions Answered on the Site Rather Than by Email
A good number of enquiries are already covered in more depth elsewhere, and reading first is usually faster than waiting for a reply.
The Shop page covers each formulation individually — what it is, who it may suit, the key ingredients and what they do, how to use it responsibly, and how it fits into an ordinary week. It also carries the full guidance on dosage, storage, combining products, and the circumstances in which a healthcare professional should be consulted first.
The Services page explains the three areas the range covers — gut wellbeing, metabolic support, and everyday energy — and the reasoning behind each. It is the right place to start if you are trying to work out which area is relevant to you rather than which product.
The About page sets out how formulations are developed, the manufacturing and testing standards applied, the certifications used and what they actually mean, and the company registration details.
The home page gives the shorter overview of the whole approach.
Choosing where to start
If you are uncertain which area applies to you, the most useful advice is to begin with what is actually bothering you rather than with a product. If digestion is the concern, read about gut support. If weight management alongside diet and activity is the focus, read that section. If a training routine is the priority, consider what fits around it.
And if you have a health condition or take medication, a conversation with a GP or pharmacist is a better first step than any purchase or any email.
Communication and Privacy
When you email, the message and the address it came from are used to answer your enquiry and to keep a record of the exchange. Where a message concerns an order, it is matched to that order so that the history is available if you write again.
Enquiries are not used to build a marketing profile, and support correspondence is not treated as consent to marketing. Personal data is handled in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018, and the full explanation — what is collected, why, how long it is kept and what rights you have — is set out in the Privacy Policy.
One practical note on security. Email is not a secure channel, so please do not send full payment card details, passwords or medical records by email. Nobody at Fitlab Nutrition will ask you for a password or for full card details, and any message that does should be treated as suspicious.
