We may, at our discretion, limit or cancel the quantity purchased per person, per household or per order.

All products sold by Fitlab Nutrition are classified as food supplements. Please read the following carefully.

Orders and When a Contract Is Formed
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email. That email confirms we have received your order. It does not mean we have accepted it.
A binding contract is formed only once your order has been shipped.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, limit the quantities purchased, correct pricing errors, and cancel orders where we suspect fraudulent activity. If an order is cancelled after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued.
Prices and Payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) unless stated otherwise. VAT is included where applicable.
Payments are handled by third-party payment processors. We do not keep full card details. We may change pricing at any time.
Delivery
Not all items qualify for the same delivery times. Fitlab Nutrition is not responsible for delays in meeting our obligations caused by courier service problems, customs clearance on overseas orders, or incorrect delivery details supplied by the customer.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer on delivery.
Your Right to Cancel
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To be eligible, products must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept opened supplements unless they are faulty.
To cancel, email orders@fitlab-nutrition.com. Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. Except where a product is faulty, you are responsible for the cost of return postage.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If goods arrive damaged or faulty, please tell us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs where possible, as this helps us assess the problem.
We will provide a replacement, repair or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Email orders@fitlab-nutrition.com for assistance.

All content on this website is owned by FIT LAB NUTRITION LIMITED and protected by intellectual property law. This includes the brand name and logos, product names, text, graphics and images, and the design of the website itself.
