Lunar New Year XO Sauce

XO stands for "Extra Old", and describes a Cognac consisting of eaux-de-vie that has been aged in oak barrels for a minimum of 10 years. The Hong Kong born condiment tried to tap into the luxuriousness by taking the name XO. It uses expensive ingredients such as dried scallops and cured ham. It is often packaged as a gift for special events.

Dinner with Friends curated dinner kits

This all started because we want to facilitate people to cook more since sharing food at a table helps us strengthen the fundamentals of our civilization with conversations. Dinner with Friends - a quarterly kit to help busy people plan a dinner party with people they care about - is therefore born: Experience the transformation of ingredients, sit down to bring the same food into the bodies, listen, take turns, and be in this world.
