Using food as a jumping-off point for visual creativity exploring its cultural and social significance. I tried to answer where and when these cultural artefacts originated, and how they are consumed and appropriated. The result is a series of publications in the form of a photo book, riso prints and zines.

Picked as "Projects We Love" by Kickstarter. One Black One White is a photo book that documents my time at the kitchen of the Shanxi Noodles International Vocational School in China.
