I’m not getting texts from my pet.
Turn on “Texts from your pets” in Settings and allow notifications for Pet Texts in your phone’s settings. Walk and meal times are on each pet’s profile.
Is it real pet advice?
No. Personalities and replies are written by AI, just for fun. For anything about your pet’s health, or if they may have eaten something dangerous, contact your vet right away.
A pet said something inappropriate.
Tap ⋯ next to the message and choose Report. We review every report.
How do I restore Unlimited on a new phone?
Open Settings › Restore purchase, signed in with the same Apple or Google account. Pets and chats are stored on your old phone and don’t transfer.
