Bandits raid tomato factory, kill four police officers, civilian, kidnap 10 expatriates

At least four police officers and a civilian have been killed as bandits raided a tomato factory in Warra in Kebbi.

The police command in Kebbi said it rescued at least 10 expatriates working in the tomato processing plant in Warra area of Ngaski local government area of the state.

The bandits stormed the company located in Gafara, close to Warra town, and kidnapped the expatriates working in the company’s factory.

While confirming the incident in Birnin Kebbi on Tuesday, police spokesman Nafi’u Abubakar, said four police officers and a civilian were killed in the operation.
