EPL: Manchester United pip Wolves 1-0
Manchester United narrowly grabbed a win on Saturday at Molineux, defeating Wolverhampton by a lone goal.
Newly signed Cristiano Ronaldo was not in the matchday squad but other newly singed players, Rafael Varane and Jadon Sancho played.
Though Wolves put up a brilliant performance, Mason Greenwood’s late strike in the 80th minute gave United all three points at Molineux.
United have remained unbeaten in their last 28 Premier League away games, winning 18 and drawing 10.
With Sunday’s win, United set a new away games unbeaten run in Premier League history.
United is third on the league table with seven points, having drawn a game and won two so far this season, while Wolves have lost all their three games this season.
