Femi Kuti to perform at Hollywood Bowl

This year Hollywood Bowl will mark the 100th year of the event that is precisely centered to celebrate and exhibit distinctive musical legends.

Nigerian Afrobeat singer Femi Kuti has announced that he, together with his band, would be performing at the 2022 Hollywood Bowl on June 26.

The Hollywood Bowl is an amphitheatre in the Hollywood Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles, Southern California, U.S., that has been the premier destination for concerts, shows and events.

Femi Kuti wrote on his Instagram page on Wednesday: “L.A.! I’m very happy to announce that my band and I are coming to the Bowl on the 26th of June 2022, hope to see you there.”

Femi is the eldest son of music legend and Afrobeat pioneer Fela Kuti. He is well known for his outstanding musical talent and has received six Grammy nominations alongside other prestigious awards worldwide.

This year Hollywood Bowl will mark the 100th  year of the event that is precisely centered to celebrate and exhibit distinctive musical legends.

The likes of Billie Eilish, Ricky Martin, Diana Ross, Boyz II Men, and many more will also be performing at the Hollywood Bowl.
