Gov. Mohammed appoints 15 advisers, 5 heads of agencies in Bauchi

The appointees have since been deployed to their respective positions as indicated in their appointment letters.

The Bauchi state government has approved the appointment of 15 Special Advisers and five heads of government agencies.

Mukhtar Gidado, the adviser on media to Governor Bala Mohammed, said the appointees have since been deployed to their respective positions as indicated in their appointment letters.

He said the appointees were carefully selected based on consideration of their wealth of experience, capabilities and the ability to contribute in moving the state forward.

The special advisers are Hashimu Yakubu, Sani Malam, Sanusi Isa, Danladi Danbaba, Abdon Gin, Ahmed Mohammed and Tukur Adamu.

Others are Maula Aliyu, Zainab Rufai, Kefas Magaji, USA Babayo, Abubakar Salihu, Abubakar Faggo, Garba Kawu and Adamu Madaki.

Those appointed as head of agencies were Babayo Madara, Rural Water Supply Agency (RUWASS); Sambo Alkali, hospital board, Yalwa Tafawa Balewa, Bauchi Agency for Orphaned and Vulnerable children (BASOVCA).

Others are Nasiru Hamma, Bauchi State Nomadic Education Agency (BASANE); Abdurrahaman Idris, Executive Secretary, Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board; and Mas’udu Aliyu as Chairman of the Drugs Consumables Agency.
