Mr Zulum gave a warning on Wednesday at his address to residents at the palace of the district head in Baga town.
He said Mr Zulum expressed deep sorrow over the incident and called on the Nigerian Armed Forces to pursue and neutralise the perpetrators.
Mr Musa says recent successful operations against terrorists and bandits in Borno and Katsina exemplify the effectiveness of the Nigerian Air Force.
Mr Shettima commended the soldiers’ heroism, adding that “their sacrifices reminded us of the extraordinary price of peace and security.”
“The terrorist threw hand grenades, which unfortunately landed on a shelter tent behind the division and fatally wounded two officers,” a police statement said.
The Multinational Joint Task Force says it has killed 310 terrorists and dismantled critical logistics bases in the Lake Chad region.
Mr Zulum signed the budget shortly after the State House of Assembly speaker, Abdulkarim Lawan, presented the revised bill to him in Maiduguri.
According to him, the planned fuel subsidy was designed to cushion the effects of the high cost of farming activities.
