No fewer than 668 kidney patients benefitted from the Borno government’s free dialysis programme from 2019 to date, an official said.
Mr Zulum said it would be executed in phases, starting with Maiduguri-Kano Road to Maiduguri-Monguno Road via Maiduguri Road, covering 16.5km.
Mr Isa said the amount was N393.5 million for the monthly allowances of 1,088 students, which were N30,000 from January to December.

The ambassador of the State of Qatar to Nigeria, Ali-bin Ghanem Al-Hajri, made this known on Thursday in Maiduguri during a courtesy visit to Governor Babagana Zulum of Borno.
The troops said the airstrikes led “to the reduction in terrorism and other forms of cross-border crimes perpetrated by criminals crisis-crossing the borders to evade justice.”
