Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Three Ducks Westhampton website (the "Site") or making a reservation at our hotel property (the "Hotel"). Your access to and use of the Site and services is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and guests of the Hotel.
By accessing or using the Site, or by making a reservation at the Hotel, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Site or use our services.
To confirm a reservation, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking. The cardholder must be one of the guests staying at the Hotel, and the credit card used for booking must be presented at check-in along with valid identification.
All rates are quoted in US Dollars and are subject to applicable taxes and fees. Rates are for the specified dates, room type, and number of guests indicated at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for extra guests, amenities, or services not included in the original booking.
All reservations are guaranteed for late arrival. If you fail to arrive on your scheduled check-in date without prior notification of cancellation, you will be charged for one night's stay plus applicable taxes.
Our standard cancellation policy requires notice at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date for a full refund. Cancellations made between 3-7 days before arrival will incur a charge equal to one night's stay. Cancellations made less than 3 days before arrival or no-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
Special event weekends, holidays, and peak season dates may have different cancellation policies, which will be specified at the time of booking.
Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM. Early check-in may be available on a limited basis and is not guaranteed. If you anticipate arriving early, please contact the Hotel directly to inquire about availability.
Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability and additional fees. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in a fee equal to half-day or full-day rate.
All guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. The name on the ID must match the name on the reservation.
Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in to the Hotel without an accompanying adult.
Three Ducks Westhampton is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms, public areas, and within 25 feet of any entrance. A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged to guests who violate this policy.
Select rooms at our Hotel are pet-friendly. A pet fee of $75 per stay applies. Pets must be declared at the time of booking. Service animals are welcome throughout the property with appropriate documentation and are exempt from pet fees.
Guests will be held responsible for any damage to Hotel property during their stay. The Hotel reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for any repairs, replacement, or extraordinary cleaning required as a result of guest actions.
The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights. Copying, redistribution, use, or publication of any such content or any part of the Site is prohibited without express permission from Three Ducks Westhampton.
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party's use of the Site.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided solely as a convenience and do not imply endorsement of the content on these third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content of linked third-party sites.
Three Ducks Westhampton shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Site or Hotel services.
We are not responsible for theft, damage, or loss of any guest belongings. In-room safes are provided for your convenience, and we encourage their use for valuables.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on the Site. By continuing to access or use our Site after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
