policeman who hates the Amerasian,

POLICEMAN A

remember I can't do all of it
alone. You do understand all but
too well that there are others, and
the higher-ups, too.
THE AMERASIAN'S
I will do my best, but you must
understand that our resources are

POLICEMAN A
