Pet Food Ingredient Packaging

Fairview Mills also understands that it's often cheaper to store pet food and pet ingredients in bags than to transport them as loose, bulk products. Fairview Mills can transload and bag your loose bulk pet food ingredients. It's much easier to move your products from raw material to ready-to-use pet foods. For example, send us whole corn. We will unload it and mill it. Then, we'll package it in the way you want. The raw corn can now be used for the next step of the pet food processing process.

THE FAIRVIEW MILLS TREATMENT

You want to ensure that your pet food ingredients are packaged in bags or totes. To ensure that your pet food ingredients are properly packaged, we run each product through our analytics laboratory to check for moisture, nutrients, and other metrics. We then sift through your ingredients vigorously to remove as much dust and chaff as possible. This process improves the quality of your pet foods ingredients. However, it also ensures that fifty-pound bags are filled with your product. It will make it easier to track inventory accurately when you know that a 50-pound bag of corn Gluten is actually fifty pounds.
