    Dry Corn Milling J-Six Enterprises

Fairview Mills is also aware that it is more economical to transport and store pet food in bags rather than bulk products. Fairview Mills can transload and bag your loose bulk pet food ingredients. This makes it easier to move your products across the product line, from raw product to ready for use. Send us whole corn for example. We can unload it, mill and package it however we need. The next step in pet food processing is now that your raw corn has been processed.

    THE FAIRVIEW MILLS TREATMENT

You want to ensure that your pet food ingredients are packaged in bags or totes. Each pet food ingredient is tested for moisture, nutrient loss, and other metrics in our analytical lab. After that, we vigorously sift the ingredients, to eliminate as much chaff or dust as possible. This helps improve the quality your pet food ingredients. Additionally, it ensures that a fifty-pound bag of pet food is full of your product and not with chaff. If you are able to trust that a bag of fifty pounds of corn flour is actually fifty, you will be able track inventory more accurately.
