Congratulations on your commitment to learn to meditate. As we’ve said, you’ll actually be discovering a natural ability to experience a state of ease. Meditation can bring a clearer mind, smoother emotions, more creativity, better health and greater happiness. We are here to support you and are excited that you’ve decided to take the course.
To get the most out of the course, please read the pages and listen to the meditations in the recommended order. You will come to this home page each time you login and can use it to navigate through the course. Your username and password will work for 5 weeks, allowing you to complete the four week course with an extra week to practice on your own.
How to Begin -- Before starting Week One, please read the following:

Use the links below to access the weekly lessons. We recommend that you spend a week on each lesson before moving on to the next. You will have access to the online course for five weeks, which allows time to complete four weekly lessons and to use and download support materials for continuing your practice on your own following the course.
After you've completed all four lessons, read these guidelines for tips on continuing your meditation practice on your own.
