A moisture inspection includes visual inspection of the entire property for mold/fungal growth and other indicators of hidden mold issues. Also included is a moisture inspection that uses our radio-wave humidity meters to detect areas that are most susceptible to high levels of moisture. We will also inspect the HVAC system, ductwork and for signs of microbial activity. In order to find active moisture that isn’t visible to the naked eyes, our Thermal Imaging Cameras will be used.
