This type of mold test can be very valuable and allows you to know the health of your family. We take samples of the air from the inside of the building. Then, everything is impacted onto a spore trap cassette. For comparison purposes, we also collect an outside sample.
A moisture inspection involves visual inspection of all areas of the property in order to detect hidden mold problems. A moisture inspection is also included with our radiowave moisture meters. We will inspect any areas that are likely to be high-moisture, as well as areas of visible moisture staining. We will look inside the HVAC system to see if there is any microbial growth. Our Thermal Imaging camera will be used during our inspection to locate active moisture which is not visible to naked eye.
