Lagos State Examination Board has urged public and private junior secondary school principals to visit the education district headquarters for their Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE), otherwise known as Junior WAEC, results.

Adebayo Orunsolu, the board’s director, gave the directive on Tuesday in a statement.

Mr Orunsolu disclosed that the Lagos government had immediately released the 2022 BECE results.

He urged the principals of approved private junior secondary schools that participated in the examination to visit the board’s head office at 254 Ipaja Road, Agege, near NYSC Orientation Camp, to collect their results.

The director added that the resit for candidates who failed English, Mathematics, or both, would be held on September 28 tentatively.

Mr Orunsolu added that the resit would take place in various designated centres across the six education districts of Lagos.
